Abstract

Sadašnji izgled Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb uglavnom je poprimljen 1987. godine, kada je izgrađena nova kolodvorska zgrada sa pripadajućim objektima i terminalima. Iako je Autobusni kolodvor Zagreb funkcionalan u obavljanju osnovnih i pratećih djelatnosti, postoje mogućnosti poboljšanja određenih segmenata kolodvora. Kako bi se korisnicima Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb pružile što bolje usluge kolodvorskih djelatnosti, potrebna je modernizacija, rekonstrukcija i reorganizacija prometnih i pratećih sadržaja Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb. Svrha ovog rada je analizirati postojeće stanje Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb te provesti istraživanje o karakteristikama i zadovoljstvu korisnika kolodvora. Uvidom u postojeću dokumentaciju (broj prevezenih putnika, broj prodanih karata i slično) Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb, bit će izrađena prognoza broja putnika u kratkoročnom vremenskom periodu. Ciljevi istraživanja u ovom diplomskom radu su predlaganje određenih rješenja i mogućnosti za poboljšanje rada te razvoj Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb na temelju analizirane postojeće dokumentacije i uočenih problema.

Abstract (english)

The current look of the Zagreb Coach station was mainly designed in 1987, when a new building of the coach station with its facilities and terminals was built. Although Zagreb Coach station is functional in performing primary and supporting activities, there are possibilities to improve certain segments of the coach station. In order to provide the coach station services to the users and passengers of the Zagreb Coach station, it is necessary to modernize, reconstruct and reorganize the primary and supporting contents of the coach station. The purpose of this graduate thesis is to analyze the existing condition of the Zagreb Coach station and to do a research of the characteristics and satisfaction of the Zagreb Coach station users. By inspecting the existing documentation (number of passengers carried, number of tickets sold and other) of the Zagreb Coach station, the forecast of the number of passengers will be made in the short-term period. The research objectives in this graduate thesis are suggesting certain solutions and possibilities for improving the work and development of the Zagreb Coach station, based on the analyzed existing documentation and identified problems.
