Abstract

Svrha ovog istraživanja je dati uvid u mogućnost primjene uputnog sustava za parkiranje u javnim garažama grada Zagreba i na taj način smanjiti zagušenja prometnih tokova u središtu grada te iz prometnog toka ukloniti što veći broj vozila koja traže slobodno parkirališno mjesto. Osnovna funkcija ovog sustava je da vozačima daje pravovremenu i točnu informaciju u realnom vremenu o broju slobodnih mjesta u javnim garažama, njihovim lokacijamai na taj način omogući vozačima donošenje pravovremene odluke o lokaciji garaže gdje će parkirati svoje vozilo. Opisane primjene sustava u europskim gradovima ističu pozitivne učinke ne samo na prometne tokove grada već i na ostvarenje sekundarnih ciljeva u smislu podizanja kvalitete življenja u gradskom središtu. Primjenom sustava mogu se postići ciljevi proaktivne prometne politike, kao što su smanjenje opterećenja prometnog toka, povećanje sigurnost u prometu, kraće vrijeme putovanja te smanjenje negativnog utjecaja na okoliš.Razmotriti će se i mogućnost povezivanja uputnog sustava sa budućim sustavom za upravljanje prometom te prenošenje informacija o parkirališnoj ponudi putem aplikacija na pametnim telefonima i Internet stranicama.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the possibility of applying the parking guiding systems for public garages in the city of Zagreb and thus reduce the congestion of traffic flow in the city center and to remove vehicles from the traffic flow that are in search of free parking space. The main function of this system is that it gives drivers timely and accurate information in real time about the number of vacancies in the public garages, their locations and thus allow drivers to make timely decisions on the location of the garage where they will park their car. Described application of the systemin European cities highlight the positive effects not only on the traffic flows of the city but also the achievement of secondary objectives in terms of raising the quality of life in the city center. By applying the system proactive transport policy objectives can be achieved, such as reducing the load of traffic flow, increasing road safety, shorter travel time and reducing negative environmental impacts. It will be taken into consideration the ability to connect the parking guidance system to the future system for traffic management and the transmission of information on the parking offer through applications on smart phones and Internet sites.
