Abstract

Oznake na kolniku su važan element za sigurno odvijanje prometa jer pružaju vozaču potrebne informacije te mu identificiraju sigurnu putanju vožnje. Predstavljaju skup longitudinalnih i transverzalnih crta, natpisa i simbola. Njihovom kombinacijom se oblikuju površine na prometnoj infrastrukturi. Kao bitan čimbenik prometne signalizacije imaju pravnu vrijednost te moraju u potpunosti odgovarati zakonskoj regulativi. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je na temelju ispitivanja kvalitete oznaka na kolniku na državnim cestama duž RH, koje je provođeno od strane Zavoda za prometnu signalizaciju Fakulteta prometnih znanosti u periodu od 2012 do 2014 godine, analizirati korelaciju između dnevne i noćne vidljivosti oznaka na kolniku.U diplomskom radu detaljno su opisane vrste oznaka i materijala od kojih se oznake izrađuju te njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Također, objašnjeni su pojmovi dnevne i noćne vidljivosti te glavne metode njihova mjerenja.

Abstract (english)

Road markings are important element for safe traffic because they provide necessary information for drivers and identify safe path of travel. They are a set of longitudinal and transversal drafts, letters and symbols and with their combinations is formed surface on transportation infrastructure. As an important factor traffic signalization they have legal value and must fully comply with the technical conditions for the work on the implementation of the road markings on the roads. The aim of this diploma work is based on the measurement, which is conducted by the Department for Traffic Signalization, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in period from 2012 to 2014 year, to analyze the correlation between day and night visibility of roadmarkings. In this diploma work are described roadmarkings and the materials from which they are made, and their advantages and disadvantages. Also, here are explained the concepts of day and night visibility and the main methods of quantification.
