Abstract

Informacijsko-komunikacijski sustavi su bitna komponenta suvremenog poslovanja, jer omogućuju povećanje efikasnosti, smanjenje troškova, jednostavnije i sigurnije manipulacije, optimizaciju sustava i druge mnogobrojne aktivnosti. U ovom radu će biti opisani suvremeni informacijsko-komunikacijski sustavi koji se koriste na robno transportim centrima, njihova uloga i primjena. U radu će se definirati informacijsko-komunikacijski sustavi na terminalima na kopnu u ovisnosti o funkcijama za koje su namijenjeni, kao što su sustavi za praćenje kontenjera, sustavi za optimizaciju skladišnih procesa, sustavi za praćenje rada terminala i mnogi drugi. Uz njih definirat će se i sustave za automatsko prikupljanje podataka, kao što su: bar kod tehnologije, RFID tehnologija, prenosivi ručni terminali, glasovna tehnologija, tehnolgija vizualnog prepoznavanja proizvoda i svjetlosni sustavi. Za kraj će se analizirati primjena suvremenih informacijsko-komunikacijskih sustava na robno-transportnom centru na primjima iz prakse.

Abstract (english)

Information and communication systems are important component of modern operations, because they enable increas efficiency, reduce costs, simpler and safer handling, system optimization and other numerous activities. In this paper will be described modern information and communication systems used in the transport centers, their function and implementation. This paper will define the information and communication systems on inland terminals in dependence about the functions they are intended for, such as container tracking systems, warehouse optimization systems, monitoring terminal systems and many others. Along with them will be defined and automatic data collection systems, such as bar code technology, RFID technology, portable handheld terminals, voice technology, optically guided picking technology and lighting systems. For the end will be analyzed use of contemporary information and communication systems on transport center on the example from practice.
