Abstract

U ovom radu je dan kratki osvrt na temeljne pojmove vezane uz skladištenje, te osnovne podjele skladištenja kao što su: vrsta robe, vlasništvo, način gradnje, mehanizacija i automatizacija. Nadalje u radu su obrađeni modeli i vrste automatiziranih sustava skladištenja (AS/RS). Veća pozornost pridana je automatiziranim visokoregalnim skladištima (unit-load) kakva su navedena u primjerima iz prakse. Prije samih primjera iz prakse navedene su prednosti i mane automatiziranih sustava za skladištenje te kratka usporedba klasičnih i suvremenih skladišta. Primjeri koji su obrađeni u radu: Glenmore destilerija i tvrtka Kraš. Osim samih prikaza i opisa, za poznavanje rada ovih sustava nužno je i poznavanje modela i metoda koji se koriste u oblikovanju. Na samom kraju rada donesen je zaključak u kojem je navedeno kako automatizirani sustavi skladištenja danas daju vrlo dobre rezultate naspram klasičnog skladišta iako se i kod njih javljaju neki nedostatci a najveći od njih je da su veoma zahtjevni kako s financijskog tako s tehnološkog aspekta.

Abstract (english)

This paper gives a brief review of the basic concepts related to storage, and the basic division of storage such as: types of goods, property, method of construction, machinery and automation. Furthermore, the paper deals with models and types of automated storage system (AS / RS). Greater attention was paid to the automated logistic (unit-load) as listed in practices. Before the very practices listed the pros and cons of automated storage systems and brief comparison of classical and modern warehouses. Examples of that are processed in the work: Glenmore Distillery and company Kraš. Apart from the illustration and description, for the understanding of these systems it is necessary for understanding of the model and the methods used in the design. At the end of the conclusion was made stating that automated storage systems today give very good results to traditional storage although with them having any defects and most of them is that they are very demanding as to both the financial and technological aspects.
