Abstract

U diplomskom radu je predočen način provedbe istrage zrakoplovne nesreće te je analizirana važnost uređaja za snimanje leta kao izvora presudnih podataka za uspješni rezultat istrage. U svrhu izrade rada provedeno je istraživanje mišljenja o sigurnosti zračnog prometa te se koriste stvarni primjeri zrakoplovnih nesreća koje su zabilježene uređajima za snimanje leta te nesreća s neutvrđenim uzrocima kao posljedica nemogućnosti pronalaska uređaja. Ovaj rad se fokusira na važnost snimača leta obzirom da kreiraju cjelokupnu sliku događaja, stoga su predložena rješenja za dodatna poboljšanja i tehnološke napretke prateće opreme. Zrakoplovna nesreća ukazuje na pojedine nedostatke i propuste u zrakoplovstvu. Istraga zrakoplovne nesreće podrazumijeva prikupljanje i analiziranje raznih podataka kako bi se donijeli zaključci i po potrebi izradile sigurnosne preporuke, a koje će u budućnosti spriječiti zrakoplovne nesreće uzrokovane utvrđenim okolnostima. Stoga, ispravno provedena istraga predstavlja ključan način prevencije budućih nesreća.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis presents aircraft accident investigation process and analyses the importance of flight recorders as a source of crucial data for a successful investigation result. In addition, a poll of human opinion on air safety was conducted and are used real examples of aircraft accidents which were recorded by flight recorders and accident with unidentified causes because of the inability to find the device. This paper focuses on the importance of flight recorders as they create an overall picture of the event and solutions are proposed for further improvements and technological advances in ancillary equipment. Aircraft accident indicates certain failures and lapses in aviation. Aircraft accident investigation involves the collection and analysis of various data in order to draw conclusions and, if necessary, make safety recommendations that will prevent aircraft accidents caused by established circumstances in the future. Therefore, a properly conducted investigation is a key to prevent future accidents.
