Abstract

Skladišni procesi danas čine neizostavan dio protoka robe. Potrebe za sve većim skladištima i pohranom dovode do širenja svih skladišnih procesa, što rezultira većim opsegom rada i većim radnim opterećenjem skladišnog radnika. Kako bi se protok robe nesmetano odvijao unutar skladišta neophodno je prilagoditi radnu okolinu skladišnom radniku. Sukladno elementima izvedbe skladišnog radnika, postoji potreba za primjenom ergonomskih načela i smjernica, ne samo kako bi se osigurao nesmetan rad i poboljšali uvjeti rada, nego i smanjile i spriječile ozljede prilikom rada u skladištu. U ovome radu istražit će se uvođenje novih tehnologija u unutrašnji transport i skladištenje kako bi se povećala produktivnost, unaprijedila izvedba te smanjio udio ručnog rada. Kroz konkretne primjere locirat će se i istražiti relevantni ergonomijski čimbenici koji imaju veliku ulogu u efikasnijem i bržem radu skladišnih radnika. Abstract (english)

Warehousing processes today form an indispensable part of the flow of goods. The need for ever-increasing warehouses and storage leads to the expansion of all warehousing processes, resulting in a greater scope of work and a greater workload of the warehouse worker. In order for the flow of goods to run smoothly inside the warehouse, it is necessary to adapt the working environment to the warehouse worker. In accordance with the performance elements of the warehouse worker, there is a need to apply ergonomic principles and guidelines, not only to ensure smooth operation and improve working conditions, but also to reduce and prevent injuries while working in the warehouse. This paper will explore the introduction of new technologies in internal transport and storage to increase productivity, improve performance, and reduce the share of manual labor. Relevant ergonomic factors that play a major role in more efficient and faster work of warehouse workers will be located and investigated through concrete examples.
