Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu predlažu se prometna rješenja za optimizaciju prometnih tokova na jednom od najopterećenijih raskrižja u gradu Zadru. Na predmetnom raskrižju utvrđena su prometna zagušenja tijekom vršnih vremena, naročito u ljetnom vremenskom periodu, koja se očituju dugim repovima čekanja odnosno vremenima kašnjenja na svim privozima. U cilju utvrđivanja problematike trenutačnog odvijanja prometnih tokova provedena je analiza postojećeg stanja. Nakon detaljno izvršene analize postojećeg stanja, provedena je prognoza prometa za narednih 20 godina. Na temelju prognozirane prometne potražnje i konkretnih zaključaka dobivenih provedbom analize postojećeg stanja, predlažu se idejna rješenja kojima se optimizira odvijanje prometnih tokova unutar područja obuhvata. Predložena idejna rješenja izrađena su pomoću programskog alata AutoCAD. U cilju utvrđivanja učinkovitosti idejnih rješenja, provedena je evaluacija pojedinih rješenja tj. komparacija izlaznih rezultata simulacijskih modela izrađenih u programskom alatu PTV Vissim. Naposljetku ovog rada, na temelju rezultata komparacijske analize predlaže se optimalno idejno rješenje odnosno rješenje koje u većoj mjeri udovoljava zahtjevima s aspekta propusne moći i sigurnosti, uzimajući u obzir prognoziranu prometnu potražnju.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with suggesting traffic solutions for traffic flow optimization on an intersection in the city of Zadar with extremely heavy traffic situation. At the said intersection, traffic congestions were identified at peak times (especially during the summertime period), which manifest itself in lengthy queues, that is, in vehicle delay times on all of the intersection legs. With the purpose of determining the issues in current traffic flow, we conducted the detailed analysis of the existing situation, after which, the traffic forecast for the next 20 years was established. Based on the forecast traffic demand and the specific conclusion obtained by the analysis of the current situation, a number of conceptual solutions are proposed which could result in the traffic flow optimization within the scope of this research. The proposed conceptual solution were created using the AutoCAD software tool. With the goal of determining the conceptual solutions' efficiency, we conducted the evaluation of the specific solutions by comparing the existing results of the simulation models developed in the programme tool PTV Vissim. Lastly, the end of this paper, having the comparative analysis' results in mind, demonstrates the optimal conceptual solution, i.e. the solution which meets the necessary requirements to a greater extent, bearing in mind, both, the aspect of maximum road capacity and safety, but also, the forecasted traffic demand.
