Abstract

Profiliranje artikala se koristi kao mjera optimizacije skladišnih procesa, a planiranje skladišnog prostora, njegova organizacija i organizacija komisionarskih puteva bitno utječu na kvalitetu rada, što dovodi do ušteda. Proces profiliranja se može provesti s različitim podacima što ne mora dovesti uvijek do istih rezultata, a na sam proces snažno utječe i sezonalnost zbog koje je potrebno konstantno unapređivanje. U radu će biti analizirano postojeće stanje u skladišnom sustavu tvrtke dm-drogerie markt d.o.o., između ostalog vezano i za trenutni način profiliranja artikala, a na kraju će biti izneseni prijedlozi poboljšanja za promatrani sustav.

Abstract (english)

Items profiling is used as a measure of optimization of warehouse processes, and planning of storage space, its organization and organization of pick paths significantly affects the quality of work, which leads to savings. The process of profiling can be accomplished with a variety of data which does not always lead to the same results, and the process itself is strongly influenced by the seasonality and because of it, requires constant improvement. In this study, it will be analyzed current state of the storage system of the dm-drogerie markt d.o.o. company, and among other things linked to the current way of profiling items, in the end there will be presented suggestions to improve observed system.
