Abstract

Svrha ovog rada je prikazati postojeći logistički sustav tvrtke Narodne novine d.d. i njegove elemente koji utječu na opskrbu ključnih klijenata. Definirati će se međuovisnost tih elemenata u logističkom operacijama i prikazati vrijednosti i troškove koje generiraju. Područje istraživanja su infrastrukturalni, suprastrukturalni i tehnološki elementi koji utječu na logistički sustav opskrbe ključnih klijenata. Cilj ovog rada je prijedlog optimizacije logističkog sustava Narodnih novina d.d. s posebnim naglaskom na iskorištenosti prijevoznih i skladišnih kapaciteta, vremenima izvršenja radnih operacija i broja zaposlenika angažiranih na izvršenju tih zadataka i na kraju ukupnim logističkim troškovima.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this thessis is to present the existing logistic system of the company Narodne novine d.d. and its elements that affect the supply of key costumers. This thessis will define the interdependence of these elements in logistic operations and display the values and costs they generate. The area of research is infrastructural, supra-structural and technological elements that affect the logistics system of supplying key customers. The aim of this thessis is the proposal of optimization of the logistics system of Narodne novine d.d. with a particular emphasis on utilization of transport and storage capacities, times of execution of work operations and the number of employees engaged in the execution of these tasks and ultimately total logistical costs.
