Abstract

Skladištenje robe je jedan od najvažnijih procesa u distribuciji robe. Kako bi skladište odradilo svoju funkciju na najbolji mogući način potrebno je između ostaloga analizirati nacrt skladišta, sam skladišni prostor, raspored slaganja i smještaj robe u skladištu te ostale tehničke pokazatelje. Upravljanje skladištem često se smatra samo operativnim svakodnevnim radom. Međutim, ono bi također trebalo biti uključeno u dulje strateške aspekte poslovanja. Pravilno skladištenje robe je jedna od najvažnijih aktivnosti na području logistike, te ti poslovi najčešće oduzimaju najviše vremena i zadaju najviše problema. Definiranjem nacrta skladišta pokušati će se razviti raspored koji ima nekoliko karakteristika kao što su modularnost, prilagodljivost, kompaktnost, pristupačnost, fleksibilnost i distribucija kako bi se unaprijedio cijeli sustav poslovanja i na kraju smanjio ukupni trošak.

Abstract (english)

Warehousing is one of the most important processes in the distribution of goods. For the warehouse to perform its function in the best possible way, it is necessary to analyze, among other things, the design of the warehouse, the storage space itself, the arrangement of storage and storage of goods in the warehouse and other technical indicators. Warehouse management is often considered to be just an operational day-to-day operation. However, it should also be involved in longer strategic aspects of business. Proper storage of goods is one of the most important activities in the field of logistics, and these jobs usually take the most time and give the most problems. Defining a warehouse draft will try to develop a schedule that has several features such as modularity, adaptability, compactness, accessibility, flexibility, and distribution to enhance the entire business system and ultimately reduce overall cost.
