Abstract

Tarifni sustavi utječu na potražnju za uslugom javnog prijevoza, a sustavi naplate su alat za provođenje uspješne tarifne politike. Stoga je potrebno razviti tarifnu politiku i sustave naplate koji će zadovoljiti obje strane, pružatelje i korisnike usluge javnog gradskog prijevoza. Cilj jedne i druge strane je pružiti odnosno dobiti kvalitetnu uslugu uz što manje troškove. Svrha i ciljevi istraživanja u ovom diplomskom radu jesu analiza sustava tarifa i sustave naplate u javnom gradskom prijevozu. Tarife će biti međusobno uspoređene temeljem primjera svjetskih i europskih gradova. Analiza će iznaći njihove dobre i loše karakteristike. Rad će također sadržavati analizu stanja tarifnog sustava i sustava naplate u Gradu Zagrebu, koji će biti uspoređen sa drugim gradovima. Zaključno će se razmotriti mogućnost poboljšanja tarifnog sustava Grada Zagreba na temelju iskustava europskih i svjetskih primjera.

Abstract (english)

Tariff systems influence the demand for public transport, and fare systems are a tool for implementing a successful tariff policy. Therefore, it is important to develop a tariff policy and fare systems which will satisfy both sides, the providers and the users of the public transport service. The aim of the former is to provide a good qulaity service and of the latter is to obtain it while paying the least cost possible. The purpose of this paper is to analyse tariff systems and fare systems in public transport. The tariffs are compared based on the examples of European and world cities. The analysis shows their advantages and disadvantages. The paper also contains an analysis of the tariff system and fare system in the city of Zagreb which is compared to other cities. Finally, the paper considers the potentiality of improvement founded on the experiences of the European examples and examples of the world.
