Abstract
U ovom radu razmotrene su mogućnosti proširenja portfelja usluga logističkog operatera, kao subjekta prometnog i gospodarskog sustava. U okviru studija slučaja tvrtke Kuehne & Nagel, analizirana je trenutna pozicija na domaćem tržištu, napravljena SWOT analiza te istražen potencijal tržišta. S tim u svezi, predložen je razvoj nove logističke usluge kojem bi se povećala prednost tvrtke. Također su formulirane projekcije daljnjeg poslovanja tvrtke.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the possibilities of enhancing the logistics service provider portfolio, as a subject of the traffic and economic system. Within the case study of Kuehne & Nagel, the current position on the national market was analyzed, SWOT analysis was developed and market potential explored. Furthermore, development of a new logistics service has been recommended in order to increase the company's market leadership.
