Abstract

Cilj skladišnog poslovanja je optimizacija procesa prijema, pohrane, prikupljanja i otpreme, kako bi roba došla do krajnjeg korisnika sa što manje zastoja i troškova. Reduciranje vremena trajanja tih procesa i troškova postalo je trend, a uštede su najveće u procesu prikupljanja. Kod odabira metode prikupljanja razmatra se vremenski najpogodnija i najučinkovitija metoda prikupljanja, koja će osigurati minimalne vremenske gubitke i veću količinu prikupljene robe. WMS (eng. Warehouse Management system) je programska aplikacija koja je namijenjena za podršku i optimizaciju upravljanja skladišnim ili distribucijskim centrom. Operacije kojima upravlja u skladištu uključuju: upravljanje zalihama, prikupljanje i reviziju. Praćenje zjenice oka prilikom obavljanja pojedinih aktivnosti osigurava veliku količinu informacija koje uvelike mogu biti korisne u istraživanjima. Za istraživanje procesa prikupljanja u radu je korištena laboratorijska oprema za vizualnu detekciju Tobii Pro Glasses 2.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of the warehouse business is to optimize the associated receipt, storage, collection and dispatch processes in order to reach the end user with as little stagnation and cost as possible. Reducing the duration of these processes and costs has become a trend, and the savings are greatest in the picking process. When choosing the method of collecting, the most suitable and effective method of collection is considered, which will ensure minimal time losses and greater quantity of collected goods. WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a software application designed to support and optimize warehouse management or distribution center. Operations it manages in the warehouse include: inventory management, picking and audit. Eye monitoring while performing certain activities provides a large amount of information that can greatly be useful in research. Laboratory equipment for visual detection of Tobii Pro Glasses 2 was used to investigate the collection process.
