Abstract

Terenskom analizom dionice Osječke ulice u gradu Požegi obavljena je analiza postojećeg stanja svih raskrižja koja se nalaze na toj dionici. Analizirana je prometna infrastruktura, pješački nogostupi, upravljanje prometnim svjetlima, te podatci o ručnom brojanju prometa u 2017. godini. Na temelju tih analiza predložena su dva varijantna rješenja. Prvo rješenje predstavlja rekonstrukciju dvaju postojećih raskrižja u raskrižje s kružnim tokom prometa, te izgradnju podvožnjaka za prugu i zatvaranje jednog privoza na dionici. Drugo rješenje također uključuje izgradnju podvožnjaka za prugu, zatvaranje privoza, te rekonstrukciju postojećeg stanja dionice uz regulaciju signalnog plana. Sa aspekta prometne sigurnosti prikazani su podatci o broju, vrsti i uzrocima prometnih nesreća za posljednjih pet godina. Postojeće i predložena varijantna rješenja biti će ispitana kroz optimizaciju funkcionalne učinkovitosti pomoću mikrosimulacijskog alata PTV Vissim.

Abstract (english)

By doing the field analysis of the section of Osječka Street in the city of Požega, the analysis of the pre-existing condition of all intersections in that section was done. Transport infrastructure, pedestrian paths, traffic light management as well as manual traffic count data from 2017 were analyzed. Based on these analyses, two alternative solutions were suggested. First solution represents a reconstruction of two existing intersections into roundabouts, as well as building a train underpass, and closing one driveway on that section. The second solution also includes building a train underpass, closing the driveway, and reconstructing the current section condition with signal design regulation. Also from the road traffic safety’s approach, the data about the number, category, and causes of traffic accidents from the last five years were displayed. The pre-existing and proposed alternative solutions will be tested through functional efficiency optimization using the Micro simulation tool called PTV Vissim.
