Abstract

Prometne nesreće sve značajnije negativno utječu na posljedice za društvo i okolinu. Ubrzan razvoj cestovnog prometa osim pozitivnog učinka u razvoju gospodarstva, ima i niz negativnih učinaka. Stanje sigurnosti cestovnog prometa očituje se u broju poginulih osoba. U diplomskom radu analizirano je stanje sigurnosti cestovnog prometa na području Grada Zagreba u razdoblju od 2010. godine do 2015. godine. Također su navedeni i čimbenici koji utječu na sigurnost cestovnog prometa te cestovna infrastruktura Grada Zagreba. Nakon analize stanja sigurnosti cestovnog prometa, predložene su mjere za povećanje sigurnosti cestovnog prometa.

Abstract (english)

The road accidents have a more significant negative impact on the consequences for society and the environment. The rapid road traffic development, except its positive effect in the development of the economy, has also a number of negative effects. The road traffic safety is manifested in a number of killed people. This thesis analyzed the road traffic safety in the City of Zagreb from the year 2010 up to 2015. The factors that affect the road traffic safety and the road infrastructure of the City of Zagreb are also specified. After the analysis of the situation of road traffic safety, in above mentioned area, the measures to increase safeness are proposed.
