Abstract

Javna Ustanova Nacionalnog parka Plitvička jezera je poduzeće koje djeluje na velikom području. Vozni park Javne Ustanove je vrlo opširan i obuhvaća različite proizvođače i tipove vozila. Organizacija održavanja voznog parka je od velike važnosti za nesmetano funkcioniranje Javne Ustanove. Postojeća organizacija održavanja nije najbolje sređena, te su potrebne određene promjene u pristupu i načinu organiziranosti istog da bi se povećala efikasnost voznog parka. Analiziran je vozni park kojemu je glavni problem starost vozila, stoga se predlaže modernizacija istog. Proučena je uloga i značaj održavanja, raspoloživosti i eksploatacije vozila, te ciljevi održavanja. Na kraju su predložene mjere za unaprijeđenjem organizacije održavanja.

Abstract (english)

Public Institution of National park Plitvice lakes is a company that operates in a large area. The fleet of Public Institution is very extensive and covers a variety of manufactures and types of vechiles. Organization for fleet maintenance is of great importance for the smooth functioning of Public Institution. Existing organization for fleet maintenance has not been settled at the best, so it need some changes in the approach and way of organizing the same that would maximize fleet efficiency. The fleet has been analyzed and the main problem is the age of vechiles, so it is proposed modernization of the same. It is examined the role and importance of maintenance, availability and exploitation of the vechiles and maintenance goals. At the end are the proposed measures for improving the organization of maintenance.
