Abstract
Brojanjem putnika određuje se njihov protok u prijevoznim sredstvima prema trasama linija, zatim linijama gdje se pojavljuje maksimalan protok, variranje protoka u vremenu te analiza kvalitete usluga. Postoje dva glavna načina za brojenje putnika: ručno i automatizirano. Automatizirano brojanje putnika je izvedeno na način da elektronički sustav koji je instaliran u vozilu broji putnike. Također im se svrha očituje u povećanju količine podataka o brojanju te točnosti zbog jednostavnog bilježenja podataka kao i smanjenje broja osoblja. zahvaljujući rezultatima brojanja putnika, troškovi ponuđača usluga na mjesečnoj razini smanjeni su za poveći iznos novca. U radu se još opisuju vrste uređaja za automatsko brojanje putnika, te grafički prikaz rezultata brojanja putnika.

Counting the number of passengers shall be determined by their flow in the transport routes to the line, then lines where the maximum flow rate variation in time appears and analysis of the quality of services. There are two main ways for counting passengers: manual and automated. Automated counting of passengers is carried out in such a way that the electronic system which is installed in the vehicle counts the number of passengers. Also their purpose is reflected in the increasing amount of data on counting and accuracy due to a simple data logging as well as the reduction of staff. thanks to the results of the counting passengers, costs of service providers on a monthly basis fell by sizable amount of money. This paper describes types of devices for automated counting the number of passengers, and a graphical representation of the results of counting passengers.
