Abstract
Za upravljanje skladištima u farmaceutskoj industriji postoji niz pravila koja se moraju poštovati, kako bi se farmaceutski proizvodi mogli skladištiti. Zbog toga se farmaceutska skladišta bitno razlikuju od skladišta ostalih namjena. Najvaţniji uvjet za uspješno farmaceutsko skladište je sustav za upravljanje skladišta (eng. Warehouse management system) zbog toga što se gubitak vremena i pogreške prilikom skladištenja pomoću skladišnog sustava svedu na minimum. Osjetljivost lijekova i podloţnost vanjskim utjecajima dodatno kompliciraju skladištenje jer uvjeti i zahtjevi skladištenja farmaceutskih proizvoda bitno se razlikuju od ostalih vrsta proizvoda. Svaki farmaceutski proizvod zahtjeva različitu temperaturu skladištenja, razinu vlaţnosti, itd. Sukladno navedenom, u radu će se istraţiti različiti načini skladištenja za sve vrste proizvoda, počevši od sirovina, poluproizvoda, gotovih proizvoda i drugih, mogućnosti optimizacije skladišnih operacija unutar skladišta i implementacije novih tehnologija komisioniranja (komisioniranje glasom i RF tehnologija), te analiza tehnologija koja se koristi kako bi se zadovoljili svi uvjeti skladištenja propisani zakonom.

There are a number of rules that must be adhered to in managing warehouses in the pharmaceutical industry in order to store pharmaceutical products. This is why pharmaceutical warehouses significantly differ from warehouses for other purposes. The most important requirement for a pharmaceutical warehouse to be successful is a warehouse management system. It minimizes time losses and errors that can occur during the process of storing products. The sensitivity of pharmaceuticals and their susceptibility to external factors further complicate storing, since the conditions and requirements regarding the storage of pharmaceutical products are significantly different than regarding other types of products. Each pharmaceutical product requires a different storage temperature, humidity level and so on. In relation to the previously mentioned, this thesis will research methods of storing all types of products, starting with raw materials, intermediate goods, finished products and other. It will also research the possibilities of optimizing warehousing operations and implementing new order-picking technologies (voice picking and RF technology) and analyze technologies that are used to meet all storing requirements defined by law.
