Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad fokusiran je na razvoj Autokluba Siget, njegovog ljudskog potencijala u stanici za tehnički pregled vozila kao i mjere zaštite djelatnika u vrijeme pandemije COVID-19. Također je prikazana analiza anketiranja ljudskog resursa, a radom su obrađeni uređaji i instrumenti u stanici za tehnički pregled, kao i administrativni poslovi te proces tehničkog pregleda vozila. Uzeti su u obradu i statistički pokazatelji rada te utjecaj istog na sigurnost u cestovnom prometu. Izvršena je evaluacija prikupljenih rezultata istraživanja i mjera poboljšanja rada.

Abstract (english)

This graduate thesis is focused on the development of Autoklub Siget, its human resources in the technical inspection station as well as measures of protection of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis of human resource surveys is also presented, and the work deals with devices and instruments as well as administrative tasks and the process of technical inspection. Statistical indicators of work and the impact of the same on road safety were also taken into account. An evaluation of the collected research results and measures to improve the work was carried out.
