Abstract

Učinkovitost distribucijskih, logističkih sustava i lanca opskrbe izrazito ovise o strukturi i organizaciji skladišnih sustava. Skladišni sustavi su kompleksna mjesta gdje se odlaže raznovrsna roba. Osnovni procesi u skladištima su skladišni procesi. Elementarna podjela skladišnih procesa je na prijem robe, pohranu robe, komisioniranje robe i otpremu za krajnjeg korisnika. Svi skladišni procesi se odvijaju sa skladišnom opremom. Opremom skladišta i uređenjem smatra se raspored putova i prostorija, razmještaj opreme u skladišnom i manipulativnom prostoru. Analizom skladišnih procesa logističkom operatera cilj ovoga rada je ukazati na područja koja se mogu unaprijediti i ponuditi prijedlog optimizacije.

Abstract (english)

The efficiency of distribution systems, logistics systems and supply chains highly dependent on the structure and organization of storage systems. Storage systems are complex places where a variety of goods are stored. The basic processes in warehouses are warehousing processes. The basic divisions of warehousing processes are receiving of goods, storage of goods, commissioning of goods and shipping to the end user.All storage processes are done with storage equipment in the warehouse and manipulative space. By analyzing the warehousing processes of the logistic operator, the aim of this paper is to point out the areas that can be improved and offer a optimization proposal.
