Abstract

U današnjim se uvjetima poslovanja, osim s promjenjivim tržišnim uvjetima, susrećemo i sa sve većom ograničenošću resursa, slijedom čega su brojna transportna poduzeća, kako bi udovoljila sve većim tržišnim zahtjevima, ali i zbog sve jače društvene svijesti o važnosti očuvanja resursa, u svoje poslovanje implementirala koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Prekomjerno iskorištavanje prirodnih resursa, sve veći troškovi njihove eksploatacije i potreba za sprječavanjem daljnjeg zagađenja,... More dovela je u osamdesetim godinama prošlog stoljeća do pojave koncepta održivoga razvitka. Suvremeno je gospodarstvo pred ulaskom u četvrtu tehničko-tehnološku revoluciju, potpomognuto globalnom automatizacijom, robotizacijom i informatizacijom, u uvjetima maksimalne racionalizacije procesa proizvodnje roba i usluga, zbog čega prevladava mišljenje kako se kod takvih procesa ne mogu postići znatnije uštede djelovanjem na racionalizaciju procesa proizvodnje. Od navedenih procesa u logističkom lancu svoju primjenu u najvećoj mjeri pronašla je informatizacija. Ugradnjom računala i senzora u vozila koja služe za prijevoz dobara moguće je imati uvid u informacije o vozaču, vozilu, teretu i lokaciji. Prikupljene informacije koriste se za bolju organizaciju i kontrolu logističkih procesa, što uvelike poboljšava kvalitetu usluga i povećava efikasnost. Osim kvalitete usluga i efikasnosti, sve veću važnost imaju i načini kojima se nastoji smanjiti negativan utjecaj transporta na okoliš, budući da je transport najveći zagađivač u logističkom lancu. Na negativan utjecaj transporta na okoliš nastoji se utjecati korištenjem alternativnih goriva, kao što su biogoriva, vodik te električna energija, a njihova primjena postaje sve šira što se može vidjeti u mnogim primjerima iz prakse. Korištenjem informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija, uporabom alternativnih goriva, i razvijanjem koncepta zelene logistike, mnoge tvrtke nastoje pratiti trendove u prijevoznoj logistici. Less

Abstract (english)

In today's operating conditions, in addition to changing market conditions, we also encounter a growing resource constraint, which is why many transport companies are meeting the growing market demands, but also because of the growing social awareness of the importance of resource conservation, in its business, the concept of socially responsible business is implemented. Excessive utilization of natural resources, with increasing costs of their exploitation, and the need to prevent... More further pollution of the environment and the degradation of individual areas, led to the emergence of the concept of sustainable development in the eighties of the last century. By entering the fourth technical-technological revolution, supported by global automation, robotization and informatization, under the conditions of maximum rationalization of the process of production of goods and services, the prevailing opinion is that such processes can not achieve much more savings by rationalizing the production process. Of the above mentioned processes in the logistic chain, computerization was found to be the one with the most possibilities of aplication. By installing computers and sensors in vehicles used for transportation of goods, it is possible to have information about the driver, vehicle, cargo and location. Collected information is used for better organizing and controlling of the logistic processes, which improves service quality and increases efficiency. In addition to quality of service and efficiency, there are also more ways to reduce the negative impact of transport on the environment, since transportation is the biggest polluter in the logistic chain. The negative impact of transport on the environment continues to be reduced by use of alternative fuels, such as biofuels, hydrogen, and electricity, and their application is becoming wider as can be seen in many practical examples. By using information and communication technologies, by using alternative fuels, and by developing the concept of green logistics, many companies try to keep track with trends in transport logistics.
