Eksploatacijsko-tehničke značajke cestovnih teretnih vozila za izvanredni prijevoz važna su značajka prilikom odabira transportnog sredstva koje se koristi u određenom transportu. Radi premašivanja propisanih dimenzija ili ukupne mase izvanredni prijevoz može se izvršiti na temelju dozvole.
