Abstract

U radu su obrađene teorijske osnove skladištenja, komisioniranja te značajki skladišta. Osim toga, prikazan je nacrt skladišta sa svim osnovnim dimenzijama potrebnim za kvalitetnu analizu procesa komisioniranja. Glavni segment rada temelji se na provedenoj analizi primjene različitih metoda rutiranja s ciljem optimizacije procesa komisioniranja, sa prikazom rezultata u prostornoj i vremenskoj dimenziji. Pozitivni rezultati analize i primjene druge metode rutiranja omogućuju ostvarenje značajne uštede resursa na razini logističko-distribucijskog centra

Abstract (english)

This paper describes theoretical basics of warehousing, order picking and warehouse characteristics. In addition, a warehouse floor plan is presented with all the basic dimensions required for a quality analysis of the order picking process. The main segment of the paper is based on the conducted analysis of the application of different routing methods for the order picking process, showing the results in spatial and temporal dimensions. Positive results of analysis and application of other routing methods enable significant resource savings on the whole logistic-distribution center level.
