Abstract

Event Data Recorder uređaj (EDR) je uređaj koji se ugrađuje u vozila sa svrhom snimanja podataka o sustavima na vozilu. U slučaju prometne nesreće EDR uređaj sprema trajno podatke prikupljene pet sekundi prije nastanka prometne nesreće. Podatci prikupljeni EDR uređajem su vrlo precizni i mogu se koristit kod daljnjih analiza i vještačenja prometnih nesreća. Prednost korištenja EDR uređaja je da snima podatke koje bi se kod klasičnog vještačenja morali donositi i izračunati na temelju dokaza prikupljenih sa mjesta nesreće. Preuzimanje podataka iz EDR uređaja vrši se uz pomoć Crash Data Retrival (CDR) modula i odgovarajućih priključaka i kablova, te računala sa odgovarajućim računalnim programom. Kroz rad je prikazan razvoj EDR uređaja kao i njegova primjena u vozilima. Predstavljene su zakonske regulative za korištenje EDR uređaja i podataka dobivenih iz njega u SAD-u i Europi. Zatim su predstavljeni načini preuzimanja podataka iz EDR uređaja, kao i značenje preuzetih podataka. Za kraj napravljena je analiza prometnih nesreća na primjeru tri vozila.

Abstract (english)

Event Data Recorder device (EDR) is device which is being installed in vehicles with a purpose of recording vehicles systems data. In the event of traffic accidents EDR device permanently save recorded data in five last seconds before the occurrence of a traffic accident. Recorded data collected with an EDR device are very precise and can be used for further analysis and traffic accident expert. Advantage of using EDR device is that EDR device recording data which would have to be computed and calculated in classical expertise based on evidence gathered from the accident site. Dana retrival from EDR device is done using Crash Data Retrival (CDR) module and corresponding connectors and cables, and computer with suitable software. Trough will be displayed development of EDR device and its use in vehicles. In work are presented legal regulations for use EDR device and data from it, in USA and Europe. Then the ways of retrival data from EDR device are presented as meaning of retrival data. On the end an analysis of traffic accidents was made for three vehicles.
