Abstract

Od davne povijesti jedan od glavnih ciljeva zrakoplovstva bio je smanjiti kako ljudske žrtve, tako i materijalnu štetu te financijske troškove. Razvila se ideja o letjelici koja neće imati pilota, ali će svejedno moći izvršavati gotovo sve operacije kao i letjelica s pilotom unutar kabine zrakoplova. Prva pojava bespilotnih letjelica znatno je unaprijedila tijek ratova, s vojnog pogleda, ali i unaprijedila mogućnosti civilnih korisnika. Pojavu ovog „tehnološkog čuda“ potrebno je odgovarajuće... More ograditi i zaštititi zakonskim okvirom. Budući da tehnologija na području dronova brzo napreduje, odrediti adekvatnu zakonsku regulativu nije jednostavno. Donošenje zakonske regulative osjetljiv je i dugotrajan posao, a budući da svaka država donosi vlastite regulative o bespilotnim letjelicama postoje određene razlike između njih. Doduše, postoje određene međunarodne zrakoplovne organizacije koje se trude postaviti neka osnovna pravila na nacionalnoj razini kojih bi se države trebale pridržavati. Abstract (english)

Since ancient times, one of the main goals of aviation was to reduce both human sacrifice and material damage and financial costs. There was an idea of a aircraft that would not have a pilot, but it will still be able to carry out almost all operations as well as a aircraft with a pilot within an aircraft cabin. The first occurrence of unmanned aerial vehicles has significantly improved the course of the wars, within military views, but also improved the capabilities of civilian users. The... More appearance of this "technological miracle" needs to be properly enclosed and protected by the legal framework. Since dron's technology is rapidly advancing, determining adequate regulatory legislation is not easy. Adopting legislation is a delicate and long-lasting work, and since each country has its own regulations on unmanned aerial vehicles there are certain differences between them. However, there are certain international aviation organizations that try to set some basic rules at national level which states should adhere to.
