Abstract

Primjenom inovativnih rješenja kao što su bespilotne letjelice moguće je lakše i uz značajno manje financijske izdatke analizirati prometne parametre određenog područja. Klasične tehnologije koje se upotrebljavaju u analizama prometa u gradovima najčešće uključuju manualno brojanje prometa u zonama od interesa odnosno analize iz različitih brojača prometa. Usporedit će se metodološki postupci i softwareski alati za ekstrakciju prometnih veličina iz videozapisa bespilotnih letjelica te će se provesti verifikacija procijenjenih veličina prometnog toka dobivenih iz videozapisa u odnosu na manualno dobivene podatke. U ovom diplomskom radu tema je obrađena kroz opis koncepta i primjene bespilotnih letjelica u različitim područjima što za sobom povlači analizu zakona i regulativa vezanih uz njih. Istražene su postojeće metodologije korištenja bespilotnih letjelica za snimanje prometa u gradovima. Pred kraj rada dana je usporedna analiza softwareskih alata i manualnih postupaka za ekstrakciju prometnih veličina iz videozapisa bespilotnih letjelica.

Abstract (english)

Application of innovative solutions like unmanned aerial vehicles makes it possible for easier analysis of traffic parameters in defined areas with significantly less financial costs. Classic tehnologies that are used in traffic analysis in cities usually involve manual counting of traffinc in zones of interest with reference to analysis from different traffic counting mechanisms. There will be comparison of methodological processes and software tools for extraction traffic parameters out of videos obtained from unmanned aerial vehicles as well as verification of estimated traffic parameters from video in relation to manually given data. In this final work topic will be processed through description of concept and application of unamnned aerial vehicles in different areas which requires analysis of laws and regulations related to them. Existing methodology of unamnned aerial vehicle usage for recording traffic in cities is explored. Comparative analysis of software tools and manual method for extracting traffic parameters from unmanned aerial vehicles recordings has been given towards the end oft his final work.
