Abstract

Poslovanje logističkih tvrtki podložno je konstantnim promjenama koje su relevantne. U suvremeno doba sve su prisutniji logistički procesi, a kompanije čije je temeljno zanimanje logistika, uz optimalno planiranje logističkih procesa ostvaruju veću dobit te stabilniji položaj na globalnom tržištu. Za pružanje logističkih usluga tvrtke ili klijenti upotrebljavaju logističke operatere. Logistički operater se definira kao čimbenik koji uspješno dizajnira te optimizira logističku mrežu koja je sve više integrirana u nacionalni, regionalni te globalni gospodarski sustav. Paralelno s razvojem logistike došlo je do razvoja i koncepata logističkih operatera. Povezanost logističke funkcije s marketingom je osobito relevantna u zadovoljenju potreba i želja kupaca, odnosno potrošača. Temeljem financijskih izvještaja poduzeća te financijske strukture, definira se stanje poduzeća koje upućuje na stanje imovine, obveza i kapitala poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

The business of logistics companies is subject to constant changes that are relevant. In modern times, logistics processes are becoming more and more present, and companies with a fundamental interest in logistics, with the optimal planning of logistics processes gain more profit and a more stable position in global market. Logistic operators are used by companies or clients to provide logistics services. A logistical operator is defined as a factor that successfully designs and optimizes a logistic network that is increasingly integrated into the national, regional and global economic system. Parallel to the development of logistics, the development and concepts of logistic operators have evolved. The linkage of the logistic function with marketing ids particulary relevant in meeting the needs and whishes of cutomers or consumers. Based on the financial statements of the company and the financial structure, it defines the state of the company referring to the assets, liabilities and capital of the company.
