Abstract

Ukapljeni prirodni plin (UPP) predstavlja veliku važnost u današnjem svijetu zbog njegove energetske vrijednosti i ekološke prihvatljivosti. Terminali za UPP postali su vrlo značajne prometne i logističke točke koje mnogo utječu na strukturu energetske bilance svake razvijene zemlje. Od njih se očekuje visok stupanj pouzdanosti, rad bez otkaza, odnosno rad unutar granica dozvoljenih odstupanja u cijelom zadanom vremenu trajanja, s visokim stupnjem sigurnosti. Integralnim pristupom logistička podrška vrši analizu i sintezu dobivenih podataka pojedinih podsustava identificira eventualna odstupanja te sukladno njima vrši korektivne radnje, odnosno na osnovu povratnih informacija vrši prevenciju budućih odstupanja te dovodi do visokog stupnja pouzdanosti terminala. Također, cilj integralne logističke podrške je razvoj novih tehnologija i njihove implementacije u svrhu poboljšanja zahtijevanih operacija terminala.

Abstract (english)

Liquefied natural gas is of great importance in today's world due to its energy value and ecological acceptability. Terminals for liquefied natural gas have become very significant traffic and logistics points that greatly affect the structure of the energy balance of each developed country. They are expected to have a high degree of reliability, work without fail, or work within the limits of permissible deviations around a given time period, with a high degree of safety level. Integrated approach provides communication with the entire system in real time, managing engineering services and technical activities for collecting data and analysis, synthesis of information obtained by subsystems, identify any deviations and performs them in accordance with corrective action, or on the basis of feedback made prevention of future deviations and leads to a high degree of reliability of the terminal. Also, purpose of integral logistical support is in the development of new technologies and their implementation in order to improve the required terminal operations.
