Abstract

Gospodarski je razvitak pojedine zemlje usko povezan s razvitkom infrastrukture, strukturom robnih tokova te pristupačnosti prometne mreže. U teroiji su poznate tri razvojne koncepcije kojima se povezuju gospodarski razvitak i razvitak infrastrukure: razvitak preko viška infrastrukturnih kapaciteta, razvitak preko manjka infrastrukturnih kapaciteta i ujedinačni razvitak. Međuovisnost ulaganja u infrastrukturu i utjecaja na gospodarski rast ovisna je o stupnju ravnoteže između ponude i potražnje. Razvitku prometne mreže potreban je pristup prema kojem se u prvoj fazi ulaže u duljinu mreže do optimalnog stupnja razvijenosti, nakon čega slijedi faza intenzivnog ulaganja u kvalitetu prometne mreže.

Abstract (english)

The economic development of a country is closely connected with the development of infrastructure, structure of goods flow and accessibility of the transport network. In theory the known three development concepts which link economic development and the development of infrastructure: Development through excess infrastructure capacity, the development over the lack of infrastructure capacity and ujedinačni development. Interdependence of investment in infrastructure and the impact on economic growth depends on the degree of balance between supply and demand. Development of the transport network needs access to which in the first phase invests in the length of thenetwork to the optimum level of development, followed by a phase of intensive investment in the quality of the transport network.
