Intermodalni prijevoz robe uključuje prijevoz tereta u intermodalnom kontejneru ili vozilu, korištenjem više načina prijevoza, bez rukovanja samog tereta pri promjeni načina prijevoza. Intermodal transport involves the transport of cargo in intermodal container or vehicle, using multiple modes of transportation, without handling the cargo when changing modes of transportation.
