Definiranjem dionika unutar prihvata i otpreme tereta i pošte, analizom njihovih područja odgovornosti i primarnih zadaća, posebno će se istraživati meduovisnosti unutar dionika sa ciljem brže i kvalitetnije realizacije procesa, smaniivanja ukupnih troškova realizacije i slično. Abstract (english)

In accordance with definition of cargo and mail handling stakeholders, as well as in accordance with field of their responsibilities and primary task analysis, the specific research was conducted to determine the interdependence among stakeholders with aim of faster and more quality process implementation as well as reducing the total cost of the implementation etc. Global Air Cargo traffic is a true reflection of the global economy development, especially in terms of trade development... More trends. Since the beginning of the global recession in 2008, there was a strong decrease in cargo and mail transport figures either on Croatian or EU air cargo industry market.
