Abstract

Jedna od najvažnijih zadaća logističkog menadžmenta je upravljanje zalihama. Temeljna je misija upravljanja zalihama pronaći optimalan odnos između proizvoda na zalihama Glavna sirovina za proizvodnju mliječnih proizvoda je primarno pasterizirano, ohlađeno i standardizirano kravlje, kozje ili ovčje mlijeko. Za proizvodnju sireva to je jedina toplinska obrada, dok se za ostale proizvode provodi sekundarna toplinska obrada. Trajni mliječni proizvodi obrađuju se sterilizacijom, a svježe mlijeko i mlijeko s dodacima za proizvodnju fermentiranih proizvoda se obrađuju pasterizacijom. Dukat svoju uspiješnost želi temeljiti, na cijelo-ukupnmom lancu opskrbe domaćim proizvodima od nabave sirovina i repromaterijala, preko distribucije do krajnjih potrošača. Svoje proizvođače potiće, da proizvode i još više i time povečavaju svoju prodaju i plasiraju domaće gotove proizvode po cijeloj Europi. Izuzetno se radi na povratnoj logistici, jer samo se mogu dobiti naj bolje povratne informacije došadašnje prodaje.

Abstract (english)

One of the most important tasks of logistics management is inventory management. The fundamental mission of inventory management to find the optimal relationship between the goods in stock. The main raw material for the production of dairy products it is primarily pasteurized, chilled and standardized cow's, goat's or sheep's milk. For the production of cheese it is the only heat treatment, while for other products carried out a secondary heat treatment. Durable milk products is processed sterilization, and fresh milk, and milk with supplements for the production of fermented products are processed by pasteurization. Dukat wants your success based on whole-ukupnmom supply chain homemade products from procurement of raw materials to distribution to the end users. Encourages its producers to produce more and more and thus increases its sales and marketing of domestic finished products throughout Europe. Exceptionally it comes to the return logistics, because only they can get the better feedback on sales.
