Abstract

Rad uključuje istraživanje mogućnosti uvođenja javnih bicikala za studente na Sveučilište u Zagrebu. Potencijalni broj korisnika je zaista velik budući da na zagrebačkom Sveučilištu studira više od 60 tisuća studenata. Osnovni princip usluge javnog bicikla, uz sve prednosti i nedostatke, predstavit će se kroz povijesni pregled usluga javnih bicikala u Svijetu i Republici Hrvatskoj. Zatim će se istražiti moguće lokacije terminala odnosno punktova na kojima bi ti bicikli bili dostupni studentima. Također će se obaviti kratko istraživanje u obliku ankete među studentima na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu čime bi se dobili podaci o korisničkim zahtjevima te o broju studenata koji bi koristili predloženu uslugu. Na kraju će se predstavit prijedlog rješenja navedenih istraživanja te dobit dojam o zamišljenom funkcioniranju usluge javnih bicikala za studente na zagrebačkom Sveučilištu. Less

Abstract (english)

This paper considers the possibility of introducing public bicycles for students at the University of Zagreb. The potential for implementation is extensive, since the University of Zagreb covers more than 60,000 students. The basic principle of public bicycles with all their advantages and disadvantages will be presented by a historical overview of public bicycle services in the world and Croatia. The conditions for a high-quality cycling infrastructure to exist will be presented by the... More current cycling infrastructure state in the City of Zagreb. The possible locations of terminals and points where the bicycles would be available to students will be considered. A short survey in the form of a student questionnaire at the University of Zagreb (for providing information about the user requirements and the number of students willing to use the proposed service) will be conducted.
