Abstract

Tehnološki procesi rada kolodvora, putničkih i teretnih, zahtijevaju kontinuirano
unaprjeđenje procesa i usluga zbog sve većih potreba za prijevozom robe i putnika. Brzina,
točnost i kvaliteta su značajke koje očekuje svaki korisnik željezničkog transporta. U teretnom
prometu to znači isporuka robe na vrijeme po dogovorenoj trasi, a u putničkom učestalost,
brzina, korisničko iskustvo te pristup informacijama. U takvom dinamičkom okruženju
uvođenje novih tehnologija u svakodnevni rad kolodvora od velike je važnosti kako bi se
premostili sadašnji izazovi te povećala konkurentnost i kvaliteta usluge. Navedene su i opisane
nove tehnologije u željezničkom prometu te su analizirane mogućnosti primjene u radu
željezničkih kolodvora.

Abstract (english)

Technological processes in the rail terminals, both passenger and freight, require
continuous improvement of processes and services due to the increasing demand for the
transportation of goods and passengers. Speed, accuracy, and quality are the characteristics
expected by every user of rail transport. In freight transport, this means the timely delivery of
goods along the agreed route, while in passenger transport, it includes frequency, speed, user
experience, and access to information. In such a dynamic environment, the introduction of new
technologies in the daily operation of stations is of great importance to overcome current
challenges and increase competitiveness and service quality. New technologies in rail transport
have been listed and described, and their potential applications in terminal operations have been
analyzed.
