Razvoj informacijskog sustava omogućio je uspješnije i modernije poslovanje u suvremenoj okolini koja podliježe brojnim izazovima. Troškovi razvoja i modeliranja informacijskog sustava u poslovnim organizacijama zahtijevali su visoka financijska sredstva sve do pojave jezika za modeliranje, Unified Modeling Language (UML), što je dovelo do bolje efikasnosti rada i isplativosti u brojnim poslovnim okruženjima. The development of the information system enabled more successful and modern business operations in the modern turbulent environment which is subject to changing conditions.
