Abstract

Skladišta i skladišni sustavi su spoj kompleksnih organizacijskih radnji, mjesta, oprema i analiza koji funkcioniraju zajedno sa svrhom efikasnog poslovanja. Osnovni skladišni procesi su prijem robe, pohrana, komisioniranje i otprema prema kupcima dok su dodatni pakiranje, deklariranje i sortiranje koji uvelike oplemenjuju poslovanje i daju dodatnu vrijednost robi. Cilj ovog rada je teorijski i analitički prikaz skladišnih procesa te prijedlog optimizacije za područja u kojima je u sklopu analize uočena potrebe poboljšanja.

Abstract (english)

Warehouses and warehouse system are complex compound of organizational actions, places, equipment and analyses that are supposed to function together with the purpose of efficient business. Basic warehouse processes are goods reception, storage, commissioning and goods shipping to the customers, while additional services are including packing, labelling and sorting. Those are of great importance to the business giving additional value to the selling goods. Purpose of this paper is to present theoretical and analytical view of warehouse processes and to propose optimization solutions for the fields that were noticed as in need of improvement in scope of analyses.
