Abstract

Analizom prometne signalizacije na području naselja Soblinec utvrdit će se vrste prometne signalizacije na području naselja, kvaliteta postavljene prometne signalizacije na cestovnu infrastrukturu, uočljivost prometne signalizacije od strane vozača s obzirom na način postavljanja i vidljivost u različitim uvjetima. Svrha i ciljevi istraživanja su analizirati postojeće prometne znakove, signalizaciju i opremu na cestama na području naselja sa svrhom utvrđivanja nepravilno postavljenih prometnih znakova i signalizacije, prometnih znakova postavljenih na nepreglednim mjestima, prometnih znakova čija retroreflektivna svojstva ne udovoljavaju sa gledišta vidljivosti od strane vozača u uvjetima smanjene vidljivosti, a s ciljem povećanja sigurnosti prometa, veće protočnosti, veće propusne moći i urednog odvijanja prometa. Nakon definiranja problema i njihovog opisa, dani su prijedlozi rješenja. Prijedlog rješenja problema koji se zasniva na korištenju oštećenih prometnih znakova i prometnih znakova kojima je istekao vijek trajanja sastoji se od obnove takvih prometnih znakova, odnosno postavljanja novih prometnih znakova istog značenja. Problem prometnih znakova postavljenih na nepreglednim mjestima mogao bi se riješiti potragom za boljom pozicijom na koju će se postaviti, a ako je uzrok njihove nepreglednosti nekakva prepreka, tu bi prepreku trebalo ukloniti. Obzirom da dosadašnji smještaj autobusnih stajališta na kolniku, bez ugibališta, uvelike smanjuje sigurnosti onih koji ga koriste, kao i pješaka, potrebno je provesti rekonstrukciju autobusnih stajališta i napraviti ugibališta, za što na problematičnim lokacijama ima mjesta. Samim time bi se povećala i protočnost prometa obzirom da zaustavljanje autobusa na ugibalištu ne bi utjecalo na usporavanje ili zaustavljanje prometa na prometnici kao što je to bio slučaj do sada.

Abstract (english)

The analysis of traffic signals in the area of the Soblinec settlement will determine the types of traffic signals in the area of the settlement, the quality of the traffic signals placed on the road infrastructure, the visibility of the traffic signals by drivers with regard to the method of installation and visibility in different conditions. The purpose and objectives of the research are to analyze the existing traffic signs, signaling and equipment on the roads in the area of the settlement with the purpose of determining improperly placed traffic signs and signaling, traffic signs placed in unobservable places, traffic signs whose retroreflective properties are not satisfactory from the point of view of visibility by the driver in the conditions reduced visibility, with the aim of increasing traffic safety, greater flow, greater bandwidth and orderly flow of traffic. After defining the problems and their description, suggestions for solutions are given. The proposed solution to the problem based on the use of damaged traffic signs and expired traffic signs consists of the renewal of such traffic signs, that is, the installation of new traffic signs of the same meaning. The problem of traffic signs placed in unobservable places could be solved by searching for a better location to place them, and if the cause of their unobservability is some kind of obstacle, that obstacle should be removed. Given that the current arrangement of bus stops on the road, with no ramps, greatly reduces the safety of those who use it, it is necessary to reconstruct bus stops and build ramps, for which there is room in problematic locations. This alone would increase the flow of traffic, since stopping the bus at the stop would not affect the slowing down or stopping of traffic on the road, as was the case until now.
