Abstract

Zračni promet je jedna od mlađih grana unutar prometnog sektora. U isto vrijeme jedan je od tehnološko najnaprednijih grana sa izrazito visoko razvijenom infrastrukturom i suprastrukturom. Zračni teretni sustav bazira se na prijevozu dragocjene, brzopokvarljive i vangabaritne robe gdje je od velike važnosti brzina i sigurnost prijevoza. Atraktvnost, brzina i sigurnost transporta koju zračni prijevoz prezentria tržištu ostvaruje se kroz tehnološke modifikacije zrakoplova te eksploatacijske značajke poput standardizacije transportnih jedinica te manipulacijskih sredstava.

Abstract (english)

Air transport is one of the youngest branches of the traffic sector. At the same time it is one of the most technically advanced branches with a highly developed infrastructure and fleets. Air freight system is based upon high value, perishable and oversized cargo transport with a great speed whilst maintaining safety. Atractivness, speed and safety of transport that air freight presents to the market are realized through technological modifications of the airplane and operational features like standardized transport units and freight transfer vehicles.
