Abstract

Organizacija zbirnog transporta robe predstavlja iznimno učinkovit proces u logistici, gdje se manje pošiljke kombiniraju u veće, zbirne pošiljke s ciljem smanjenja ukupnih troškova prijevoza. Ključnu ulogu u ovom procesu imaju špediteri, stručnjaci koji svojim znanjem i vještinama usmjeravaju organizaciju prijevoza, odabirući optimalne prijevozne kapacitete i rute. U ovom radu, počevši s objašnjenjem pojma špedicije, istražit će se i različiti zadaci i odgovornosti špeditera. Analizirat će se važnost carine i carinskih pojmova unutar ovog konteksta, ističući njihovu ulogu u osiguravanju sigurne isporuke usklađene s propisima. Fokus će biti na elementima i subjektima zbirnog prijevoza, razmatrajući ključne čimbenike koji utječu na njihovo uspješno provođenje. Osim toga, bit će istaknute bitne stavke vezane uz zbirni transport, naglašavajući prednosti i razloge zbog kojih sve više kompanija prepoznaje njegovu važnost. U radu će biti detaljno razjašnjene faze organizacije zbirnog prijevoza, pružajući uvid u pripremu, sakupljanje i konsolidiranje tereta radi efikasnog iskorištavanja resursa. Na primjeru iz prakse, analizirat će se konkretan postupak organizacije i praćenja zbirnog prijevoza robe, čime će se prikazati stvarni izazovi i koraci koji se poduzimaju kako bi se osigurala uspješna isporuka.

Abstract (english)

The organization of collective transport of goods represents an extremely efficient process in logistics, where smaller shipments are combined into larger, collective shipments with the aim of reducing total transport costs. A key role in this process is played by freight forwarders, experts who, with their knowledge and skills, direct the organization of transport, choosing optimal transport capacities and routes. In this paper, starting with an explanation of the concept of freight forwarding, the different tasks and responsibilities of freight forwarders will be explored. The importance of customs and customs terms within this context will be analysed, highlighting their role in ensuring safe and compliant delivery. The focus will be on the elements and subjects of collective transport, considering the key factors that influence their successful implementation. In addition, important items related to collective transport will be highlighted, highlighting the advantages and reasons why more and more companies recognize its importance. The paper will explain in detail the phases of collective transport organization, providing insight into the preparation, collection and consolidation of cargo for the efficient use of resources. Using an example from practice, the concrete process of organization and monitoring of the collective transport of goods will be analyzed, showing the real challenges and the steps taken to ensure a successful delivery.
