Abstract

Istraga zrakoplovnih nesreća ili ozbiljnih nezgoda, postupak je koji se provodi kako bi se utvrdili uzroci i okolnosti koji su prouzrokovali nesreće, te kako bi se spriječilo ponavljanje istih. Istraživanjem zrakoplovnih nesreća želi se utvrditi temeljni uzrok nesreće, koji može biti posljedica tehničkog kvara, ljudske pogreške, loših vremenskih uvjeta i slično. Kako bi zrakoplov bio ispravan i siguran za provođenje operacija letenja, ključno je da bude pravilno održavan. Greške koje se... More javljaju prilikom održavanja zrakoplova, mogu rezultirati smanjenjem sigurnosti zrakoplova i zrakoplovnih performansi, kvarom određenih komponenti ili sustava i ostalim neispravnostima na zrakoplovu. Iznimno je važno pridržavati se propisanih propisa i postupaka vezanih uz održavanje. Također, važno je redovito obučavati osoblje za održavanje i vršiti kontrolu kvalitete tijekom održavanja. Investigation of aviation accidents or serious accidents is a procedure that is carried out to determine the causes and circumstances that caused the accidents, and to prevent their recurrence. Investigation of aviation accidents aims to determine the root cause of the accident, which may be the result of technical failure, human error, bad weather conditions etc. For the aircraft to be serviceable and safe for conducting flight operations, it is essential that it is properly...
