Abstract

Cilj istraživanja u radu je objasniti pravni okvir izrade Izvješća o mreži i utvrditi univerzalni okvir sadržaja Izvješća o mreži. Upravitelj infrastrukture dužan je izdati dokument Izvješće o mreži koji predstavlja katalog usluga koje upravitelj infrastrukture pruža zainteresiranim prijevoznicima. U radu će se napraviti studija slučaja za upravitelja infrastrukture u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Abstract (english)

Comparative analysis of the organization of access to railway infrastructure The aim of the research is to explain the legal framework for the preparation of the network Statement and to establish a universal framework for the content of the Network statement. The Infrastructure Manager is obliged to issue the Network Statement document, which is a catalog of services provided by the Infrastructure Manager to interested carriers. The paper will provide a case study for the infrastructure manager in the Republic of Croatia.
