Abstract

Kao odgovor na zahtjev današnjeg svijeta za što bržim i efikasnijim prikupljanjem što veće količine prostornih podataka neprestano se razvijaju nove metode. Georeferencirani video predstavlja brzi i efikasni način prikupljanja statičkih i dinamičkih podataka u prometne svrhe, dok aerofotogrametrija omogućava prikupljanje velike količine svih podataka od interesa s visokom razinom točnosti, ali bez dinamičkih obilježja. Aerofotogrametrijska metoda znatno je ubrzala prikupljanje podataka prelaskom sa zrakoplova specijaliziranih za te svrhe na bespilotne letjelice. U ovom radu detaljno je predočen cjelokupan proces aerofotogrametrijskog snimanja, a za predmet snimanja odabrana je lokalna cesta. Razlog tome je prikupljanje prometnih geoinformacija koje bi se mogle nadodati georeferenciranom videu, te posljedično istaknuti potencijalne prednosti oba pristupa prikupljanja podataka u prometne svrhe. Primjerice, prednost aerofotogrametrijskog prikupljanja podataka nad georeferenciranim videom su visokoprecizni GNSS podaci koji se koriste za pozicioniranje bespilotne letjelice u letu, a to omogućava različite predstave snimljenog područja s visokom razinom točnosti. Na tim predstavama omogućena su trodimenzionalna mjerenja, odnosno određivanja dimenzija i udaljenosti svakog snimljenog detalja s ciljem evidencije stanja cesta, što je jedna od čestih primjena georeferenciranog videa.

Abstract (english)

In response to the demand of today's world for faster and more efficient collection of as much spatial data as possible, new methods are constantly being developed. Georeferenced video is a fast and efficient way to collect dynamic traffic data, while aerial photogrammetry allows the collection of a large amount of all data of interest with a high level of accuracy, but without dynamic features. The aerial photogrammetric method has significantly accelerated data collection by switching from aircraft specialized for this purpose to drones. In this paper, the entire process of aerial photogrammetric surveying is presented in detail, and the local road was chosen as the subject of the survey. The reason for this is the collection of traffic geoinformation that could be added to the georeferenced video, and consequently highlight the potential benefits of both approaches to collecting data for traffic purposes. For example, the advantage of aerial photogrammetric data collection over georeferenced video is the high-precision GNSS data used to position the drone in flight, and this allows for different representations of the surveyed area with a high level of accuracy. In these performances, three-dimensional measurements are enabled, respectively determining the dimensions and distances of each recorded detail with the aim of recording the condition of roads, which is one of the frequent applications of georeferenced video.
