Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu napravljena je analiza distribucije poljoprivrednih proizvoda sa naglaskom na distribuciju poljoprivrednih proizvoda u Sesvetskom prigorju. Prikazana je cjelina Sesvetskog prigorja, naselje Sesvete i potencijali koje navedeni krajobraz pruža. U radu su opisani i navedeni elementi distribucijskog sustava. Prikazan je organizacijski koncept distribucije poljoprivrednih proizvoda iz Sesvetskog prigorja, te dana analiza distribucijskog sustava poljoprivrednih proizvoda Sesvetskog prigorja. Autor navodi proizvoljne moguće rute u potencijalnoj distribuciji poljoprivrednih proizvoda unutar gradske četvrti Sesvete. Prikazan je način izbora optimalnog kanala distribucije. Uz naglasak na Sesvetsko prigorje opisivani su i navođeni općeniti procesi u distribuciji poljoprivrednih proizvoda, te su iznešene brojke na razini grada i države o količinama proizvodnje. Autor na kraju rada iznosi zaključak o mjerama za poboljšanje i napredak procesa distribucije poljoprivrednih proizvoda u Sesvetskom prigorju. U radu se razmatra uvođenje kratkog opskrbnog lanca na područje gradske četvrti Sesvete i objašnjava koncept kratkog opskrbnog lanca.

Abstract (english)

In this master thesis, an analysis of the distribution of agricultural products is made, with an emphasis on distribution of agricultural products in Sesvetski prigorje. The whole of Sesvetski prigorje, the settlement of Sesvete and the potentials that the mentioned landscape offers is detailed. The thesis describes and lists the elements of the distribution system. Outlined are the organizational concept of distribution of agricultural products from Sesvetski prigorje and an analysis of the distribution system of agricultural products in Sesvetski prigorja. The author lists arbitrary possible routes in the potential distribution of agricultural products within the city district of Sesvete. The way of choosing the optimal distribution channel is shown. With an emphasis on Sesvetsko prigorje, the thesis also describes and lists the general processes in the distribution of agricultural products and presents figures at the city and state level on production volumes. At the end of the thesis, the author presents the conclusion about improvement and measures to improve and advance the process of distribution of agricultural products in Sesvetski prigorje. The thesis discusses the introduction of a short supply chain in the area of the city district Sesvete and explains the concept of a short supply chain.
