Abstract

Cestovna infrastruktura svake države predstavlja ključni element za njezin rast i gospodarski razvoj. Pri tome se mora osigurati visoka razina prometne sigurnosti na svim elementima cestovne mreže, pri čemu mora biti osiguran i kvalitetan prijevoz ljudi i dobara. Stanje sigurnosti u cestovnoj prometnoj mreži očituje se u broju prometnih nesreća i njihovih posljedica. Da bi došlo do povećanja prometne sigurnosti potrebno je identificirati i sanirati opasna mjesta. Način identifikacije opasnih mjesta određuju kriteriji na temelju kojih se provodi sama identifikacija. Analizirano je stanje prometne sigurnosti na području državne ceste D50 za razdoblje od 2016. do 2020. godine pri čemu su obrađeni čimbenici koji utječu na nastanak prometnih nesreća te uzroci i posljedice istih. Identifikacija opasnih mjesta provedena je na temelju Metodologije za identifikaciju opasnih mjesta u cestovnoj prometnoj mreži. Predložene su mjere za povećanje stanja sigurnosti kako bi se spriječio nastanak novih prometnih nesreća te kako bi se postigla zadovoljavajuća razina sigurnosti prometa na državnoj cesti D50.

Abstract (english)

The road infrastructure of each country is a key element for its growth and economic development. In doing so, a high level of traffic safety must be ensured at all elements of the road network, whereby quality transport of people and goods must be ensured. The state of safety in the road transport network is reflected in the number of traffic accidents and their consequences. In order to increase traffic safety it is necessary to identify and rehabilitate dangerous places. The method of identification of dangerous places is determined by the criteria on the basis of which the identification itself is carried out. The situation of traffic safety in the area of the state road D50 was analyzed for the period from 2016 to 2020 where the influencing factors are addressed on the occurrence of traffic accidents and their causes and consequences. Identification of dangerous places was conducted on the basis of the Methodology for the identification of dangerous places in the road traffic network. Measures have been proposed to increase the safety situation to prevent it the occurrence of new traffic accidents and in order to achieve a satisfactory level of traffic safety on the state road D50.
