Abstract

U intermodalnom transportnom lancu najmanje je zastupljen zračni transport. Iako je najbrži, nije i najekonomičniji, te ga se s toga koristi za transport hitnih pošiljaka, vremenski osjetljivih i vrijednosnih pošiljaka. Uz navedeno, zračni transport je velik onečišćivač okoliša, kako zraka, tako i tla, te se uvođenjem raznih mjera njegovo štetno djelovanje pokušava smanjiti što je više moguće. Abstract (english)

In the intermodal transport chain, air transport is the least represented. Although it is the fastest, it is not the most economical, and is therefore used for the transport of urgent shipments, time-sensitive and valuable shipments. This final paper deals with the analysis of air transport in an intermodal transport chain. The paper presents the basic features of the intermodal system, the role of air transport, and it's advantages and disadvantages in the transport chain.
