Abstract

Zalihe predstavljaju ključan element u kontroli poslovanja poduzeća koja se bave proizvodnjom ili prodajom određenih materijala. Osim što pomažu u kontroliranju poslovanja poduzeća, zalihe poduzeću istovremeno stvaraju troškove. Iz tog razloga količine zaliha je potrebno nadzirati i kontrolirati njihovo stanje. Stocks represent a key element in controlling the operations of companies engaged in the production or sale of certain materials.
