Abstract

Logistički sustavi predstavljaju skup elemenata. Taj skup elemenata dijeli se u tehničke, tehnološke, organizacijske, ekonomske i pravne elemente koji imaju za cilj optimizaciju tokova materijala, roba, informacija, energije te ljudi na određenom zemljopisnom području kako bi se ostvario najveći ekonomski efekt. Osnovna podjela logističkih sustava je na makrologistiku te mikrologistiku. Kako bi se lakše razumjela podloga poslovne logistike, potrebno je prethodno poznavati teoriju sustava čija je osnovna zamisao da glavni problem nije u optimaliziranju zasebnih područja poslovanja, nego u optimiziranju poslovnog sustava kao cjeline. Za potrebe ovoga rada koristit će se financijskim izvještajima DHL-a, globalnog predvodnika u logistici koji je specijaliziran za međunarodnu otpremu, kurirske službe kao i prijevoz. Prvo će se teorijski objasniti ekonomski pokazatelji poslovanja poduzeća općenito, a zatim će se pomoću financijskih izvještaja prethodno objašnjenog poduzeća izračunati svi pokazatelji poslovanja poduzeća poput: pokazatelja likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti.

Abstract (english)

Logistics systems are a set of elements. We divide this set of elements into technical, technological, organizational, economic and legal elements that aim to optimize the flow of materials, goods, information, energy and people in a particular geographical area in order to achieve the greatest economic effect. The basic division of logistics systems is into macrologistics and micrologistics. In order to better understand the basis of business logistics, it is necessary to know the theory of the system whose basic idea is that the main problem is not in the optimization of separate areas of business, but in optimizing the business system as a whole. For the purposes of this paper, the financial statements of DHL, a global leader in logistics specializing in international shipping, courier services as well as transportation, will be used. First, the economic performance of a company will be explained theoretically, and then all financial indicators of the company will be calculated using the financial statements of the aforementioned companies, such as: liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy and profitability indicators.
