Abstract

Opasni teret posebna je vrsta tereta koji prilikom neprikladnog postupanja može predstavljati veliku opasnost za zdravlje i život čovjeka te za okoliš. Utovar, istovar, prijevoz i skladištenje opasnog tereta regulirani su posebnim pravilnicima i zakonima kojima se nastoji omogućiti veća sigurnost i smanjiti rizik od nezgoda, ali i smanjiti posljedice ukoliko do nezgode dođe. Isto tako rukovanje opasnim teretima dopušteno je isključivo osoblju koje je za to osposobljeno. U prvom dijelu rada bavit ćemo se općenito opasnim teretima, njihovim svojstvima i klasifikacijom, te organizacijom prijevoza, potrebnom dokumentacijom, prijevoznim sredstvima i odgovarajućom infrastrukturom. U drugom dijelu rada na primjeru prijevoza nafte bit će prikazana optimizacija prijevoza, odnosno povećanje učinkovitosti i sigurnosti te smanjenje troškova.

Abstract (english)

Dangerous goods are a special type of cargo that, if handled inappropriately, can pose a great danger to human health and life, as well as to the environment. Loading, unloading, transport and storage of dangerous goods are regulated by special regulations and laws which seek to provide greater safety and reduce the risk of accidents, but also to reduce the consequences if an accident occurs. Likewise, the handling of dangerous goods is only permitted to trained personnel. In the first part of the paper, we will deal with generally dangerous goods, their properties and classification, and the organization of transport, the necessary documentation, means of transport and appropriate infrastructure. The second part of the paper on the example of oil transport will show the optimization of transport, ie increasing efficiency and safety and reducing costs.
