Abstract

Današnja poduzeća koja u svom sustavu poslovanja nude usluge prijevoza posvećuju sve više pažnje optimizaciji procesa prijevozne logistike. Elementi, aktivnosti, infrastruktura prijevozne logistike važni su čimbenici bez kojih je nemoguće ostvariti prijevoznu uslugu ali isto tako njihova optimizacija utječe na cijenu, brzinu, konkurentnost i kvalitetu usluge. Na kraju je kroz primjer Vindije d.d., distributivni centar Metković prikazan način pružanja prijevozne usluge te aktivnosti kojima je došlo do optimizacije pružanja iste i mogućnost napredovanja prema još biljem stupnju poslovanja poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

Today's companies that offer transport services in their business system are paying more and more attention to optimizing the transport logistics process. Elements, activities, logistical infrastructure are important factors without which it is impossible to achieve a transport service, but also their optimization affects the price, speed, competitiveness and quality of services. Finally, through the example of Vindija d.d., distribution center Metković, the way of providing transport services and activities that led to the optimization of their provision and the possibility of progress towards an even higher level of business of the company are shown.
